What makes our honey special:

Unique Floral Diversity
Our bees are residents of New York City,
surrounded by more than 450 plants
in Central & Riverside Parks

This variety gives our honey unparalleled complexity: hundreds of bioactive compounds, flavonoids, phenolic acids, and enzymes. Unlike commercially-processed honey, ours is never heated, filtered, or mixed with sugar syrup, which strips away those natural qualities. The result? Honey that is
ALIVE.

For comparison:
• rural areas have around 150 different plants per honey sample,
• suburbs have just over 100, and average urban areas over 200,
• while Central & Riverside Parks provide 450 plants for foraging!

Happy, Well-Cared-For Bees

Our philosophy is that bees should live for themselves.
Then they are healthy, stress-free, and make the best honey.
We leave our bees at least TWICE the honey they need to thrive, and harvest only the surplus. This abundance keeps the colonies strong, resilient, and naturally balanced.
And, unlike commercial operations, we never have to feed our bees sugar. They have always lived entirely on their own honey, just as nature intended.
